Wyoming Ground Water Vulnerability Digital Geospatial Data

It is highly recommended before downloading and using this data that you first read the Ground Water Vulnerability Assessment Handbook and the accompanying metadata. The data for aquifer sensitivity and ground water vulnerability was produced using a modeling process with certain assumptions that data users should be aware of.

Statewide data

All data sets at 1:100,000 and some data sets at 1:500,000-scale.

County data

Limited data sets at 1:100,000 scale including: croplands, depth to groundwater and rating, geohydrologic sensitivity rating, slope and slope sensitivity rating, recharge and recharge sensitivity rating, soils, groundwater vulnerability classes, public land survey system and vadose zone sensitivity rating.
